Sylvia Lamas, Controller
Our office team is led by Sylvia Lamas; she currently holds the position of Controller. Sylvia joined our team with 20 years diverse accounting experience. Sylvia is responsible for financial planning and reporting, administrative functions.
Sylvia plays an active roll in managing the Wells Construction office team. She holds a degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University. Sylvia is active in her community and enjoys traveling with her family.
Amber Vance, Director of Business Development
Amber brings 11 years of diverse construction experience to our team and currently holds the position of Business Development Manager and is responsible for client and community relations. Her experience in project management, design build construction and marketing allow her to excel in business development.
Amber is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and actively represents Wells Construction, Inc. in many community and industry events statewide. Amber studied interior design at American River College and construction management at Sacramento State University.
