The team of Wells Construction Inc., Petrovich Development and Nadel Retail Architects LLP architectural designers completed the ground-up construction of the upscale Fair Oaks Promenade Shopping Center, featuring a 60,000 square foot Safeway. This Safeway showcases the Wells team’s craftsmanship with its Fintech pre-cast concrete panel construction, steel truss roof structure system, old world rustic stone veneer, Tuscan plaster finish, outdoor seating and architecturally pleasing columns. Wells Construction also built the 10,000 square foot space which hosts Panda Express, the 11,000 square foot space for Peet’s Coffee and another 11,000 square foot space for Fresh Cleaners.
The Promenade features cascading water fountains, art forms by world-renowned artist Sean Guerrero and a War Veteran Memorial reflection area with an eternal flame dedicated by Paul Petrovich to all War Veterans. Wells Construction easily met the construction deadline – completing the job two weeks before Safeway’s scheduled Grand Opening.
