Arbor View Veterinary Clinic
Location: Roseville, California
Job Scope: Tenant Improvement

Size: 2,000 square feet
Customizing this 2,000 square foot animal hospital space for the new Arbor View Veterinary Clinic, located in Roseville, California, included developing:
- One surgery ward
- Three prep areas
- Several exam rooms
- An indoor kennel
- Piping medical gases throughout the facility
To ensure durability, high end tile was installed throughout the facility.
The Wells Construction team completed this project in only three weeks.
Bird & Pet Clinic of Roseville

DaVita Dialysis
Location: Sacramento, California

As a progressive dialysis company, DaVita continues to rate higher than the national average in medical outcomes and patient care. To underscore this level of excellence, our challenge was to convert an existing office space into a sophisticated medical clinic designed and governed by OSHPD3.
This tenant improvement included installing a complex bio-water system for use in medical treatments, upgrading all areas to meet the American Disabilities Act requirements and retrofitting intricate mechanical and electrical features to accommodate special equipment. With the office space on the second floor occupied and the clinic closed during construction, staying on schedule and budget was critical. Wells Construction met each of these challenges with success and completed the entire project on target.
Blue Ravine Animal Hospital
Location: Folsom, California

Wells Construction, Inc. partnered with Robb Osborne of Voit Commercial Real Estate and Diane Ogden of Iron Stone Bank to search for a building that would both accommodate the Doctor’s needs and meet her budget allowing her the tenant improvements she desired. They chose to renovate the former Malabar Restaurant, which was the perfect fit at almost twice the size of their previous location.
Dr. Sweet’s vision was to reuse as many of the beautiful elements as possible from the restaurant design. Together Wells Construction, Inc., Borges Architecture and Dr. Sweet designed her dream facility. The Wells Construction team was able to re use a great deal of the existing finishes. After all of the improvements, the facility now looks amazing!
Best of all, Dr. Sweet’s facility will be more than just a typical animal hospital. Dr. Sweet partnered with the city of Folsom and has an exclusive contract to take in the city’s stray animals. The additional square footage also allows Dr. Sweet the opportunity to partner with local rescue organizations to showcase their adoptable pets. The success of this project has proven that with the right team of professionals in place all things are possible. The entire team is so proud to be a part of this building this new facility.
